Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using strongpharma.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is an informational site for our pharmacy; you cannot purchase medication or place a prescription order through it. The Site is intended for adults 18 and older.
2. What Strong Pharma is
Strong Pharma, Inc. is a Florida-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (FL permit PH36545). We compound and dispense medications only pursuant to a valid prescription issued for a specific patient. We do not sell prescription medication without a prescription.
3. Telehealth services are provided by independent providers
Medical evaluations and prescriptions are provided by licensed telehealth providers who are independent of the pharmacy’s dispensing function. Being evaluated does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued; a provider issues one only when clinically appropriate in their independent professional judgment. Strong Pharma does not practice medicine and does not control provider prescribing decisions. You are free to have any valid prescription filled at a pharmacy of your choice and are not required to use Strong Pharma.
4. Not for emergencies
Your care relationship for medical evaluation is with the treating provider, not the pharmacy. The Site is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
5. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in any information you provide to us or to your provider, and to promptly update it. Providing false information may result in denial of service and can be dangerous to your health.
6. Prescriptions and dispensing
All medications are compounded and dispensed in accordance with USP standards and applicable law. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products; they are prepared for an individual patient based on a prescription. Beyond-use dates and storage instructions appear on your label.
7. No purchases through this Site
Strong Pharma does not sell products or process payments on this Site. Prescriptions are transmitted to us by licensed prescribers, and any billing for a dispensed medication is handled separately in accordance with your prescription and applicable arrangements. 8. Shipping
Medications ship only to addresses in states where Strong Pharma holds a license. See the Shipping & Returns Policy and Prescription & Eligibility Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Strong Pharma name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Strong Pharma and may not be used without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strong Pharma disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strong Pharma, Inc. from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@strongpharma.org so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the parties agree in writing otherwise.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
