1. Who we are
Strong Pharma, Inc. (“Strong Pharma,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (FL permit PH36545), 6175 NW 167th Street, Suite G12, Hialeah, FL 33015. Strong Pharma fills prescriptions transmitted to us by licensed prescribers and ships the medication to patients. This policy explains how we handle information on strongpharma.org and in connection with our pharmacy services.
2. Information we collect
- Website information — if you contact us or join our waitlist, we collect your name, email, and any message you send. We also collect basic technical/usage data (IP address, device/browser type) via cookies and analytics.
- Prescription and health information — when a licensed prescriber sends us a prescription for you, we receive and maintain your prescription and the health information needed to dispense it safely (such as name, contact details, medications, and allergies).
Strong Pharma does not sell products or process payments on this website. You cannot place a prescription order directly through strongpharma.org.
3. How prescriptions reach us
You are evaluated by a licensed telehealth provider. If a provider issues a prescription, it is transmitted electronically to Strong Pharma, and we compound, label, and ship your medication. A valid, patient-specific prescription is required for every medication we dispense.
4. How we use your information
- To compound, label, dispense, and ship your medication;
- To communicate with you about your prescription and provide pharmacist counseling;
- To respond to website inquiries and waitlist requests;
- To comply with pharmacy, tax, and other legal recordkeeping obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to provide pharmacy services and as permitted by law, including with:
- The prescriber(s) and telehealth provider involved in your care;
- Shipping/logistics providers — to deliver your medication;
- Service providers under contracts (including HIPAA Business Associate Agreements where required);
- Regulators or as required by law.
We do not sell your personal or health information.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain prescription and pharmacy records for the period required by Florida and federal law, and retain other information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law.
8. Your rights

9. Your state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example, Colorado, and California in the future), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information — including the right to know what we collect, to access, correct, or delete it, and to appeal a decision about a request.
