Prescription & Eligibility Policy
Effective date: August 12, 2026
Strong Pharma, Inc. is a Florida-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy (FL permit PH36545). Pharmacist in charge: Miriame Etienne, PharmD (FL license PS 46951).
1. A valid prescription is required — always
Strong Pharma dispenses medication only pursuant to a valid prescription issued to a specific, identified patient by a licensed provider. We do not sell prescription medication without a prescription, and we do not compound bulk medication for resale. There is no way to purchase a prescription product without a prescription.
You are free to have any valid prescription filled at a pharmacy of your choice — you are not required to use Strong Pharma.
2. How prescriptions reach us
- You are evaluated by a licensed telehealth provider.
- If — and only if — it is clinically appropriate, the provider issues a prescription. The provider may decline, request more information, or recommend you see an in-person clinician.
- If a prescription is issued, the prescriber transmits it electronically to Strong Pharma, and we compound, label, and dispense it.
Being evaluated does not guarantee a prescription. Prescribing is at the provider’s independent professional discretion. Strong Pharma does not sell products or process prescription orders on this website.
3. Speak with a pharmacist
A licensed pharmacist is available to answer questions about your medication and has access to your records. Call 888-754-7914 (toll-free). You have the right to a consultation with a pharmacist for every new prescription.
4. Where we can dispense (geographic eligibility)
Because a pharmacy must be licensed in the state where the patient is located, we can only dispense to patients in states where Strong Pharma holds an active license. If your state is not currently eligible, we cannot fill a prescription for you there.
Currently eligible states: Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. We are actively expanding and will add states as licensure is approved. If your state is not listed, you may join our waitlist to be notified when we are licensed there.
5. Compounded medications
The medications we prepare are compounded — custom-prepared for an individual patient based on a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Your medication is prepared in accordance with USP standards and labeled with directions, a beyond-use date, and storage instructions.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate health information, use medications only as directed, keep them out of the reach of children, and contact a provider or pharmacist with any questions or adverse effects. In an emergency, call 911.
